BARSTOW MOTORS INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a dealership and online platform offering new and used automobiles, as well as related merchandise and accessories. Our website lets you browse inventory, schedule test drives and service appointments, request trade‑in valuations, submit credit applications for financing and purchase non‑vehicle products. 2. Accuracy of Vehicle Information and Availability

Our goal is to present inventory information, vehicle descriptions and pricing accurately. Each listing includes vehicle identification numbers (VINs), mileage, equipment and condition based on our inspections. However, because we sell new and pre‑owned vehicles, listings may change rapidly and may contain errors or omissions. Vehicles may be displayed on the Site before they are physically available for sale, or they may be sold or reserved before your inquiry. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors and to update vehicle availability at any time without prior notice. Final pricing and availability are confirmed in the purchase agreement executed at our dealership.

3. Financing and Trade‑in

We partner with various lenders to offer vehicle financing. A credit application submitted through the Site is a request to be matched with a lender and does not guarantee approval. Approval, interest rates and terms depend on creditworthiness, income, vehicle selection and other factors. Information you provide to us will be shared with potential lenders for the purpose of processing your application. Any appraised value for a trade‑in vehicle provided through the Site is an estimate only; final valuation requires an in‑person inspection at our dealership.

4. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at info@borstowmotors.com.

5. Prohibited Activities
